Which one of these tools are better:
1- Disk Drill
2- Recuva
3- R-Studio
4- Testdisk
5- Recover My Files
6- PhotoRec

Maybe 7 - sysdevlabs products like UFS - Recovery Explorer Professional ?

From your list i think i would go for R-Studio ...

On each case you need to chose software that better fits your needs. Most of software have some trial quote/period/license to check functionality.
Simply check on the same case these all. After several cases you will get your own opinion which is better for you.
As for me it is R-Studio and UFS Explorer(Recovery Explorer)

Also need to compare budget you have on software. If you do not have money, you may try to use free software and hopes it will always helps with best results.
As example R-TT provides several products like R-Studio and R-Undelete with different editions from 50 USD to 900 USD.
SysDev Laboratories provides UFS Explorer, Recovery Explorer and Raise Data Recovery with prices from 14 Euro to 1000 Euro.

Once again - start from reading of technical specification on vendor sites. After that please make you own tests;)
