How can I power this HDD?

How can I power this HDD i've linked an image. I have a usb to sata connetion which works for all my other HDD/SSD but this one has another thing required? Not sure what it needs. From looking at the picture can anyone tell? many thanks!

I realise, I'm certain that's not the issue (theres another identical one with the screws in that also behaves the same). I believe this needs to be powered other than USB alone and Im trying to find out what cable is required

3.5" drives use both 5V and 12V, whereas 2.5" drives use only 5V. USB provides only 5V, so you can power up only 2.5" drives without external power supply (12V).

Great thanks, So it looks like I need a 12v for my 3.5" HDD here, is that just a sata that can plug into a wall?
