RAID1 failed - 1 HDD died, tried to recover from another but R-studio 8.8.172035 gives some files as mess , not full or 0 sized

Invalid data to decompress
Decompression failed
Recovering file F:\Root\235235.pdf failed. Can't read file to be recovered completely (801).

Tried recovering green 2.72tb partition but folder structure was really different (OS leftovers ,not needed data), tried yellow 2.72tb partition - folder structure was right but it`s where not full, corrupted files were recovered among correct ones, other not 2.72 tb partitions gave random files.

Any tips/another tool for better MS Storage spaces recovery?
