 Post subject: File Checking Software

Any good software out these for checking the integrity of files ie testing headers and giving a report?
I have been using PC-3000 and DE with Header Control but the results are sketchy.

But, isn't that just a cross reference of files with sectors read? I sense what is being requested is something that not only verifies the file against the sector map, but also verifies the file's integrity based on its content and header.

You did not watch whole video or videos...of course it had content and header.
