I'm trying to recover data from Storage Space that is encrypted with Bitlocker.

PS C:\Users\Administrator> Get-PhysicalDisk

DeviceId FriendlyName SerialNumber MediaType CanPool OperationalStatus HealthStatus
-------- ------------ ------------ --------- ------- ----------------- ------------
0 ST2000LM015-2E8174 xxxxxxxxx HDD False OK Healthy
1 ST2000LM015-2E8174 xxxxxxxxx HDD False OK Healthy
4 INTEL SSDPEKKW256G8 xxxxxxxx SSD False OK Healthy
5 ST1000LM048-2E7172 xxxxxxxxx HDD False OK Healthy
3 ST1000LM048-2E7172 xxxxxxxxx HDD False {Starting, OK} Unknown
2 ST1000LM048-2E7172 xxxxxxxxx HDD False {Starting, OK} Unknown

Two drives are stuck in "Starting, OK" Status...

UFS explorer can find the partition, and can decrypt the partition, but they are asking for $700+ for license, I can't afford that.

Any alternative or other help will be great.

Storage pool, will not show up in windows, partition doesn't show up in disk manager.

Support MSS and bitlocker are also present in another sysdevlab product: Recovery Explorer Pro.
