Niagara v4.3: change SAS speed

Hello All,

I have some HGST SAS3 SSD drives that have been "crippled" to 6gigs as CLAR400 drives.
Does anyone have instructions on how to change drive speeds in Niagara?

I can see the drives but I'm not able (don't know how) to generate the codefile so I can download to the driver.
The single page pdf is a little vague.

I don't see any commands in Hugo to set/change speed from 6 to 12 gigs?
