Hello everybody.
I am a representative of Hetman Software, a developer of data recovery software.

I would like to reach out to people who are data recovery professionals and those who involved in data recovery.
I suggest you to get Hetman RAID Recovery registration data FOR FREE for testing and/or comparison with other similar software.

For this:
- You must confirm that you are related to data recovery service or involved in data recovery;
- You agree not to distribute the provided registration data in public;
- Post test results or your objective feedback about the program in this thread. It doesn't matter whether it will be positive or negative - no censorship. The main thing is that the results of such testing should be objective.

To receive registration data for Hetman RAID Recovery, write to me in private messages.

I hope for productive cooperation.
I will be grateful for feedback.

I'm glad that you are changing your approached and heading my advice. However, I still think you owe the community an apology for your initial aproach through deception.

Are you going to pay us to beta test your software?

No. This is not a beta test, and it is not a survey
I would like to receive feedback about this program from a non-engaged audience who understands this field.

That's a little harsh, he is at least trying now.
Maybe want to give him a break ;-)

Offering a free license is fine, people love free stuff - but making public feedback conditional from those offering professional services makes it consultancy. It's just advertising by another name. Nope no breaks given.

If they want to hand out licenses to dr pros without condition to break into that market that's fine, if it was youtube it would require a "Contains Paid Advertising" warning.

I've done beta testing on many data recovery products and none have required public reviews as my direct feedback to the developers was more important. I assume that his third point is for a report back to him. He can correct me if I'm wrong.

If that was the case I wouldn't have flagged it .

Seems pretty definitive to me.

You asked for an apology, but didn't give him time to respond.
He has opened a dialogue, but instead of trying to steer him in the right direction you admonish him again.
He obviously has a lot to learn about how beta testing is done, so teach him.....
Maybe as I get older I am just more forgiving that you two Grinches....

I want you to see that Hetman RAID Recovery is not "spammy crap" as some describe it.

A group of specialists has been working on this program for years, constantly improving it, expanding its functionality and quality of work. Moreover, this process never stops: new improved versions of the program are released regularly.
We constantly test our software on various devices and post videos about it on our YouTube channel.

Hetman RAID Recovery is not inferior in quality, and in some ways, perhaps, it is better than the products of other developers. For example, support for vmfs and zfs file systems, as well as x-raid technology (in addition to all other file systems and technologies, which I will not list here).

We paid great attention to the ability of the program to automatically determine the raid array created on the disks and read its service information.
The program includes combinations of possible arrays from popular manufacturers of controllers and NAS, as well as software or combined RAID systems.

I would like you to make sure of this, or objectively point out the disadvantages.

FFS, the criticism was about the method used to plug the software.

Why don't you want to use our offer?
If you do not want to write here the results of your testing (or test the program in general), then just write your impression about it.

And one more thing: we are open to counter-offers and are ready to update the program for work in one or another case. For example, at the suggestion of the Hikvision company, support for the HikvisionFS file system was added to the program (now this file system can be selected in the program's File Recovery Wizard).

Okay, last thing I'll say about this.

Quote:

IMHO you're not very good at reading people because this isn't just about your software, it's about your relation with the people here. Initially you tried to fool us and then several of us told you people don't like that. And rather than apologize you tried gaslighting people into thinking they were the problem, not you.

People also pointed out there's no fundamental issue with representing your software in this place, Sysdev does and R-TT does too, they mainly maintain threads that inform people here about updates. They don't push people to review and/or publish reviews, people who have something to say about the software will do so anyway.

I don't know about others, but seen your short history in this forum and the way in which you confront people, I'd not feel comfortable reviewing anything for or from you. I don't feel at all you're welcoming criticism of any kind. You were plain wrong in trying fool people before and you're still denying that.
