Hi!!!
I know an english manual for Victoria does NOT exist. but maybe anyone may have translate it, even with an automate translate tool.
Is it possible to obtain a such copy?

Do u have Victoria english version if yes press F1 on it there is full english help there !!

Hi!
In fact I have got Victoria english version, but pressing F1 inside the prog, only give me a very short explanation of command....
BTW I have downloaded the official russian manual (42 pag...), and I would like to try in translate it in ienglish with a translate prog, but I had NO success..... Maybe other guy are better good than me?

im doing the translation of the documentation right now
50% is done , still need more time to finish it ,
after i finish it im going to post it here ,but i need the admins to help pin it out or put it in the download section so that every body could make use of it.
