If I want to erase my entire HD, how is it possible that the tool works in windows? It has to install somewhere and you can't take away a bridge when you are standing on it!

Could somebody explain?

Regards

You can, in fact, erase your boot drive, that should work just fine. Windows will eventually get very surprised and it will crash of course...
