Problem after LLF with HDD LLF Tool 2.36

June 14th, 2007, 2:11

Hi, i had a problem with one of my disks - SeaGate Barracuda 7200.7 ST380011A 80GB 2MB Cache and made a lol level format hoping that will fix the problem but now no PC recognizes it.
Do I have to do something that I didn't after the LLF or the disk is useless anymore?

Thanks in advance!

"Thank You" very much to all of you who just said "yes, you have to do that" or "no, it is useless"

Nice attitude to new guys in forum huh...

Well... I think that you have to create partitions on that disk?

Yes... but first the bios has to "see" that there is a hard disk, than the OS to see it too (or another software from bootable CD etc. so i can format it and create partitions)

My question is have i missed to do something and if so what or i have destroyed the disk?

best regards!

Oh, now I see.. If it is a Seagate hard drive, then the next step would be playing with RS-232C terminal... probably not something you really want to do...
