It may take weeks before my question gets answered on the Salvation forum. Does anyone know exactly what the FAST IMAGE does on the PDE PRO? Does it extract data from the file table? If so what operating systems does it support? Does it only read sectors with data and skip the bad sectors? Has anyone used it? Should it be used first before an EXACT IMAGE? Its a mystery to me what it exactly does. The manual only says it can be used to copy ceratin sections of a hard drive. This is a lie because you can select that before even pressing the button. If anyone can shed some light it would be apreciated. Thanks.
