 Post subject: SATA II (3GB/S) VS SATA III (6GB/S) Comparison

Hello all
I am building a new logical recovery PC & would like to know if a 3rd gen SATA hard disk on 6Gb/s port will make significant difference as compared to 3gb/s system. Has anyone done benchmark of the same?
