We can remotely recover video from DHFS recorders. But we use our own custom software.

No wonder.
The guy was selling some "DEMO" without even trying to hide that. Most likely someone already purchased that miracle tool for just $180 and let AliExpress know about its wonders.

Tried it,,, did not work (zero results) when re-init.

Perhaps work with them directly so that they can improve the algorithm.

There are several typical scenarios of data lost on DVR:
- footage overwritten because out of date; (in the most cases)
- drive was reinitialized in windows after someone decide to look data on computer; (rare)
- re-initialization. (rare)
DHFS 4.1 Used in Dhau DVR and some white labels.

Video may be recovered even if DHFS metadata overwritten.
Cases easy to solve.

Thank you Iurii

We can handle such cases here (recording recovered)

My point here is that i tried the "MyCCTV App" and scanning did not find anything coz its re-init. 4 Parts. Dahua 4K NVR (offset found manually if this is what you are talking about)
