Hello, Im ready to try a PCB swap (with chosen PCB swap shop also doing a firmware swap).

Ive found my exact PCB here:

http://www.onepcbsolution.com/3314.html

and was ready to pull the trigger but did a few searches of user experiences with PCB swap shops and found a few recent posts here that have me second guessing onePcbSolution.com (and few other, recent posts with a good recommendation of a pcb swap shop to use)

such as this post (read the last post from apr 2014, note hdd-parts.com and onepcbsolution.com are the same shop):

viewtopic.php?t=19579&start=20

can anyone recommend a good PCB (and firmware swap/transfer) shop, preferably in the US, and ideally one with recent good transaction. Im just looking for a name, i'll figure out if they have the PCB i need as i have several failed HDDs im interested in swaping PCBs on.

Thanks!

@westerndatarecovery,

Do you include parts, diagnostics and shipping back?

+3 from me, when I used them to source a few very-difficult-to-find parts, they found it in zero time for me, with the exact specs I requested.

Greetings,
Right now I have made an order to OnePcbSolution.com, more specifically "Kevin" a really nice, confident and full attention person who is willing to answer all of your questions to make you feel confident that they'll recover your pcb and your data. So far everything has been great, now waiting for the pcb to arrive and test, but everything looks promising. I'll be back telling you guys my experience with my repaired pcb from a 2TB seagate.
Ignacio Escorza.
