Hi Everyone, I'm new here and doing Data Recovery Job. I've just ordered to DFL for DFL-SRP - All-in-one USB3.0 (Super Recovery Plus) and DFL URE USB3.0. will be delivered to today or tomorrow by DHL.

Hi, I've received DFL-SRP & DFL URE and installed in Laptop. I've tested four HDD with DFL SRP but not yet success to get out Data. Any one have step by step user guide please send to me.

That's like asking if there's a step by step guide to fixing cars. Without knowing what the problem is first, there can be no "step by step" instructions. I hope you weren't thinking that this tool will be a "push button - extract data" type of solution, because no such solution exists. It's a lot of trouble shooting, repairing, and finally (if successful) extracting data.

DFL's forum (and YouTube) are replete with videos (and PDFs, in DFL's forum) explaining how to use their equipment. Have you read the User Guide? Browsed their forum? The manual by Stanley Morgan is excellent for beginners (like you and I).

As PCLab explained in the DFL forum

Why don't you get them from DFL? If you don't have rights to updates (i.e., are past the 3-year free updates period, or are not the registered owner of the equipment), you need to straighten that out with whoever sold you the equipment and DFL. DFL are usually very accommodating and helpful.

I've tried many time but it's not showing family info when select Null and CTRL+L

My DFL All in one and DFL URE are working well and solved few case's but problems is sometime for Firmware. I do not have collections of all FW. I'm trying to get in collect all the FW.

I Also Got My DFL- All In One In a Swap Deal And Stanley And Team Was Very Accommodating . I Am Now Having Full Access To DFL Forums And a Regular Contributor There .I do not think its a issue i only think you have been trying to get in touch with them these days when they were on holidays

i think you don't have DFL hardware why you ask about software update and who are the seller name of your DFL
