Hello,

Got microSD Toshiba C04G, class 4 - 4Gb

Image

ID: 98D7989272
Controller: PS2251 1138/1132
Memory: FZBWTC58TVG5T2HTA00

With a help of Gosha readed it, marked structure but there are strange mix in pages - even after apply XOR some pages are unxored and some not. I found on arvika page that it's some kind on dynamic XOR.... unfortunelly don't have donor for it which is exactly same.

Does anyone got a working XOR for it ?

I don't crack it yet in VNR. There is solution for it but in SC, and maybe in PC3K.

Just try correct BCH and you will know which one it uses or research on net - there are many pages which gives/list ID's, vendor, controller used , memory type (TLC...) and memory used (depends of how many crystals you got reader in VNR)

Hi,
I am New to This But Learning At Good speed ,This is Interesting ,Can You Gimme a Example Of Something You Said ,From The Conversation You Had Here And Reply My The Master Arvika He Says This Might Be Possible In PC3K ,Would You Like To Try It In PC3K .I Can Offer You Remote Usage Of PC3K With Your NAND Dump If You Like You Can Play Around .Also I Have Noted That There Are Many Software Available Online That Enable The DR Technician To Read The Controller and NAND Flash ID's And Tell Us What Controller Is Being Used Along with NAND Memory

Thank you - I got an access to a friend near me who own PC3K but I'm not sure if they support it.. anyway worth to try. Right now I will get soon few donors for those - maybe got a luck to find same raster and then find a correct XOR...

Regarding your question about informations , in case of Phison look here - http://www.usbdev.ru/databases/flashlis ... tflashini/ (you should look for ID in xx-xx-xx-xx instead xxxxxxx or xx xx xx xx) - depends on crystals reader in VNR you can find exactly memory
