I have got a 'dead' subject hdd from 2011 (in 2011 i brought it in two Data Recovery companies, spent 350eur onto diagnostics, they said the service area is dead, very expensive data recovery[per megabyte] (i need something about 10gb out of 40gb pictures on it, dont know even the exact filenames, folders i need).

As i understand the ROM with the adaptation values has become corrupt, now 6 years have passed, maybe some not-so-expensive recovery methods have shown up?

I bought a RS232 converter to check the error messages (managed to corrupt the translator on one of my spare donor drives, while playing with it,lol )

What the actual disk, who needs recovery, does at startup in terminal-

Does not respond to ctrl+z or anything, not being detected in bios.

I dont that data that much, that i would be ready to pay tons of money, so maybe you can give some advice, what to try?
I have one more untouched donor disk with same model, firmware version. Open for experiments.

without any Professional Tools your drive cant be done you will be just wasting money on donors ...

if Drive is not clicking, you have not open disk yet & Drive Original ROM is attached any professional company can do it for under 500$...
