 Post subject: hdd 1tb seagate not detect/ Mrt ultra

hi guys
i have a problem, hard disk is normaly turn on but not detected, i want to data recovery, my device is MRT ULTRA
Partnumber: 1RK172-568
MODEL: ST1000LM035
FW: SBM3

Usually the terminal log is more useful with Seagate diagnosis. I'm not sure, does MRT actually support this model of drive yet?
