anyone knows the datasheet for this Sandisk?
i was searching and seems cannot find it

You won't find datasheet very likely, we figured out pinout long time ago using XRAY.
This is BGA-154 chip, in VNR starter kit you can find special adapter but you'll need to reball the chip (this one is easy).
If you have problem with NAND config drop me message

the Sandisk Expert... i really forgot to ask you 1st. about it.

this is my 1st. case with such BGA-154 here

Its rare chip, quite often need read as 16-8bit.
