Hi ,

October 31, I change hard disk in my pc, plug in sata, start my pc, I converted the partition in GPT + I format the partition with EaseUS Partition Master , it appears in the explorer windows, yesterday I can not see it anymore !!! , I restart my pc, impossible reboot! I unplug the hdd, reboot and there surprise my pc reboot well! I test the hard drive in a dock, the hard drive is not recognized!

Most probably you have Power failure on your drive...check the TVS diodes...Or in rare cases you could have stiction.
