disconnect the head cable from the PCB in the drive.Slide the heads off the platter and make sure they stay out of the platter. Put the cover back on and put the head screw in. Flip over and remove the head and magnet screws. Carefully flip back over and pull up the top cover with the heads and magnet attached. This is the exact procedure. It is very difficult and you need to try hard to not mess it up.
Apart from everything else, I was very puzzled on how to keep the heads seperated (there is not enough space to work with them). I had to use a trimmed toothpick with glued seperators on it. Fun times.
