Just this one thing that makes you unsatisfied with the tool? You sound like quarreling in a childish manner. Does repairing this specific model HUS726040ALE614 make you a billionaire? Your behavior revealed what you want , and whom you work for, no matter how hard you disguise yourself with the cover of being an expert in this field. It is not against you personally but your intention to promote Sediv by deliberately placing Sediv and PC3000 together
No comment.
I'm here at the forum (HDD Guru) way before SeDiv was ever made/produced and if i were to "promote" anything would be HRT from BVG that ALL people say it's JUNK, it's no longer under production adn wasn't updated since 2011.
Go check my forum -
http://www.hddoracle.com/ - go check my research work -
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=56&t=176 - I've done all of that mainly with HRT that all agree to be Junk. So what ?
Promote SeDiv ? Yeah, right .... Not to mention that i was the first to tell allot about SeDiv problems myself -
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewtopic.php?f=84&t=2284 - And even last year i got some issues/problem with Mr. Div as well ..... Do i need to promote SeDiv, SHTR, MRT, PC-3000 ? .....
Is PC-3000 perfect ? Check this -

Yes i do use HRT + SeDiv + WDMarvel + SHTR + some other "chinese" stuff and Vendor Specific stuff like this -
http://www.hddoracle.com/viewforum.php?f=120I'm not a data recovery "professional" and i'm doing this for fun and learning and because i don't have anything better to do and have some free time that i can use to play with drives.
Yes i do have a "small" eBay business to get some $$$ from parts that i don't need like PCBs and refurb drives to buy more drives that i do need for testing and pay for tools. -
https://www.ebay.com/sch/mera_2001/m.ht ... 2861542747I do sell the drives that i do fix for a very cheap price only because i can't keep collecting drives and fixing them for fun. I have a limited space to store stuff. I do buy lots of drives for repair and my friends and local computer repair shops give me drives that they are going to send to the junk so yes, i do fix many and sell them very cheap or use the PCBs. Also i run a firmware repair service for a very low price. It's just to pay for tools licenses and hosting of site and believe me most of the time i end up loosing money in particular with drives that i get localy for repair/data recovery and that people end up deciding they no longer want the data/want to pay and i end up providing the drives fixed anyway so people do know me for many years now and yes if i talk about SeDiv is because i do use it and it can do lots of stuff and again it's good by quality/price relation.
Sure if you were to say that SeDiv were to cost $5000 and PC-3000 $6000 by all means buy PC-3000 instead !!! Even with MRT at $3000 and PC-3000 UDMA (not the express) at something like 5270 € (with DE) i would say buy PC-3000.
But SeDiv is only $350 (ok this year version for new users is $500 but when i got mine it was only $350). With $350 you can't even buy the first 30 days of MRT (with hardware included on the first payment) so what ? If you do need to fix something like a FIPS section on a Samsung ROM, a "slow issue" on a WD or even just unlock some drives you might pay for SeDiv and live on. If you want to learn and have a feeling of what is like to work with SA you can buy SeDiv and drives that it support and you can just have some fun and you don't have to pocket out $6000 ....
Ok PC-3000 UDMA without DE is at 3350€ and SeDiv doesn't have DE as well so .... Ok .. PC-3000 have hardware card....
At the end of the day i'm very glat to have my SeDiv, my HRT, my SHTR, my WDMarvel, etc as i can do what i need with them and i didn't had to pocket out $6000 !
