I can't read system files from this hard drive.

drive detect in bios normally and shows files list but can't read anything and write anything

High chance the drive's firmware architecture does not support writing sys files.

MRT utility says above Vol : Unsupported

Try to read sysfiles manually.

That message is about automatic voltage feature of the new MRT terminal....Does not matter what hdd is connected to the port.
