I am not sure about a possible misunderstanding due to language translation, but I don’t think it is platter vibration, if that is what you are saying. I have a theory that in some cases when one head encounters physical damage, it then does cause vibration in the head stack, which can cause difficulty for the other heads to read. I do not have any proof of this, but have seen at least a couple log files from ddrescue or hddsuperclone that would indicate this event.
