Hello,
HDD Raw Copy sporadically reports "Unable to lock source device. Make sure you do not have open files on this device and try again" if we try to create an image of a compact flash card which is connected to a USB compact flash adapter to the Windows10 PC.
After several times clicking the Start button, it works without the error. It happens with HDD Raw Copy version 1.02 and 1.10.
The issue appears at more than one PCs independently. It seems it appears with Windows10 only (in the past with Windows7 we never saw this issue). We explicitly check that no other program locks files several times.
Any idea how to fix this issue?
