Hi guys
I am looking for a new PCB or repair of my PCB.

WD20EARS-00MVWB0 (2TB)
Date: 11 FEB 2011
DCM: HARNNTJMHB
DCX: 7M04V45W0

REV A
2060-771698-002

Code on the sticker:
2061-771698-802 AA

Can anyone help me please?
Got some important data on the drive. It won't start.
Shipping to Germany or Switzerland possible.

I don't know of any supplier who includes a ROM transfer. In any case, can you show us the other side of the board, just in case the damage is not confined to the board?

It appears that someone has resoldered (?) the "ROM" at U12. Are you sure it hasn't been damaged?

If you have a multimeter, measure the voltages between ground and each of L1, L2 and D2 (above the SMOOTH chip). Use a screw hole as your ground reference.

Also check the TVS diodes.

I somehow do not see any damage to the TVS and the Zero ohms resistances ,Your observation on the ROM being soldered is correct

thank you guys for youre response. the rom is fine, i wanted to do it but stopped it, there's no damage. i will send it to the canadian supplier!
