 Post subject: Fried SSD. Need info about IC marked RAU

Hi

Can someone tell me what kind of IC this is.
It's marked RAU and im guessing it has to do with the voltage regulation.
You can clearly see two of the same type got fried on my Crucial MX100 SSD

Crucial's SSDs are not protected from overvoltages. It seems that a 10c diode was a cost that Crucial decided not to bear. Be prepared for lots more damage. :-(
