Hi,
If logic board and ROM are compatible with HDA...
And You can read ~id42 module...
I think that ~id42 module is damaged / have incorrect Check Sum /
If model name in ~id42 module is incorrect then drive is detected without model extension -11CPF0
Check list of supported models in ROM...

If you are able to read module 42 - you should be able to check modules in SA.
Any problems with them?

your question : I have a Wd200eb-11cpf0 that shows 0mb and shows its

drive id wd205eb.
whats the problem and how can it be solved.
I just need to repair hdd .

answer for RAMEEZ

mr.rameez u have to learn more in WD..
:D

you should know which pcb is compatible with the model..FIRST..

well if wrong pcb u put in the drive then id 42( hdd config id) will show damage..

first u should place a correct pcb with goods working then u can check

then check structure test see which modules is bad replace with good one
..
IF DONT SHOW NORMALLY PUT JUMPER IN SAFE MODE AND WRITE ROM AND CHECK IN STANDARD MODE SEE ..

CHECK STRUCTURE TEST WHICH MODULE IS BAD REPLACE WITH GOOD ONE..

I HOPE U CAN DO IT.. PLS READ PC3000 MANUAL CAREFULLY OF WD
U WILL FIND MANY ANSWERS OF YOURS..
