Probably they will release it before Moscow conference (mid of May..), to me they say "in April"

I know it is a lot of work fixing software bugs, but honestly ACE should not announced the update now if they are not fully ready to release it yet.

My verdict is this, if you buy ACE lab products you are on your own, forget about supports, they never reply emails, and all staff are LAZY, dont even know what are they doing everyday. If they persist on this attitude they will go down pretty soon.

Corrupt Judge. always give one side designation This is he 4th Posting and do you all know that he know the best about all product ACE/ SALVATION.

He has never posted for any problem. in this forum.

JUDY Just see the 3 figure's are pointing toward you.for what you are saying. and have some language control if ACE and Salvation are LAZY then they both have never developed the product and no one has purchased.

Psstt Pssttttt be quiet DF!! Read the above...did I ever mention ACE and Salvation products are bad? I said "Service". I think you need to wear a microscope . I love Salvation products and service and the team.

This is a healthy feedback to warn others before they purchase ACE products. Lazy? yes.. ACE team is lazy, read their forum "if you are a legit PC3000 users", some post 2 weeks never replied, email never replied, what else can i say?

Hello guys, I only can download the update before contact across messenger whit Ace, if I no contact whit Ace, never can know taht update are ready to download.
I dont know why working in this form, the support its bad.

Yup the updates is out unannounced, after update geee lots of updates no wonder it took so long but really worth the wait. Many many drives are supported now, some cool options added, DE etc. Nice work ACE.
