What PC-3000 do you have ? PCI ?

Do you have support from ACE ? Did you read the manuals ?

Function to disable head(s) depend from model to model ... It's vendor specific.

Very recent drives will support a standard command to disable bad head(s) but we are not quite there yet ...

yes friend I have the pc 3000, and to find the defective lba I use the hd tune, I take to the pc 3000 in the form of notepad the bad lba (bad with defect) only that I do not know where to start disabling vi on the internet that there is a g-list and a p-list to which of the 2 should lead the bad sectors? and what is the fastest way? in the logical test I let in to verify?
