Did you analyze the photos? Are both two HDDs good for storing files or no?
Another question, one of the HDDs the test graph does not go up to 1TB it stops before 1TB and the test is two minutes shorter, is this normal? |

Run MHDD and try to make a full scan, you will get more info than the pretty graph of HDDTune. As Vulcan said SMART Data would be very helpful to point out if HD is healty or not.
You may also use HDDTune in a live windows environment so other software would not interfere with the disk benchmark. |
