5400.3 2.5" HDD.

WHEN IT USE USB CONNECT TO COMPUTER , COMPUTER HAV DECTECT IT,
BUT NO ANY DRIVER , LIKE F: G: ...

USE PC3000 , PC3000 DISPLAY "security-lock HDD" BUT CAN NOT TO UNLOCK IT.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO UNLOCK IT

If you actually have PC3000 contact ACE you look new and should have tech support for 1 year free that is if you bought the card from them and acutally have it

PC3000 will unlock this disk, you may need to manually edit the settings, but is possible.

Because Maxtor OneTouch III Mini has lock by user,
But user is to forget the password,
So it is like not ATA password lock, also it is lock by maxtor

PC3K-PCI IN CHINA HAVE PRIATE, BUT PC3000-UDMA IS NOT.
I buy from China but regester from Ace ,
It is Ace authorize to China commercial agent.
But the commercial agent Can't support to me

Support comes from Acelab itself.

This problem is described in user manual.
You should read it, I guess.

If everything you saying is tru and you unable to figure this out, you should replace a "gasket" between your Computer and your Chair.

The commercial agent can't help directly, but can address to the right support. Sooner or later (maybe sometimes later than sooner) they answer, if you are not able to find the solution (that exist !!).

I use HD DOCTOR-SEAGATE to unlock the HDD
and found have many bad sector on boot area. than use
PC3000-DE to get data.
