I am working on seagate 7200.12 disk 500gb firmware cc34
it gives terminal : InitiateMarkPendingRelocationRequest For disk lba.

any suggestion which command to be used

This is what you want to focus on "PendingRelocationRequest". If you understand how HDD work, then you should know the problem of the drive. Some quick searches in your terminal command documentation should provide you with some basic information as where to start at.
