I keep getting this pop up Windows has detected a hard disk problem, which asks for backing up the data. I ran a chkdsk but the disk seemed find. I ran the HDDScan tool and here's what I got:

005 is shown in red and 199 has a warning. What does it mean and what should I do to fix the problem?

Bad sectors are developing. This disk needs to be replaced. This disk has 5 year warranty if i am not mistaken? but it could have 3 years.
Backup your data NOW and replace it.

You cant fix the problem.
