Hi!
My drive goes "error". Not visible in bios, etc. Looks like Seagate`s CC Error "LED:000000CC"
Victoria in PIO mode shows "ERR". On passport command - BUSY at 1-2minutes, then ERR again.
What can I do to cure my drive?
Please help!

It's pretty much the end of the road for DYI solutions.

P.S. there might be a small chance that it's the pcb, in which case you can move rom content to a different pcb. But it's not likely the problem. IMOH, other than that, there are no DYI option for this case.

+1

These are not easy to recover and recovery procedure is nothing like Seagate. Plus need advanced equipment.
More than anything a good solid diagnostic.

Can you create a recording of the drive's sounds as it is being powered on?

yes. ill try. I need to find a microphone more powerful than in the webcam.

What would you like to hear? the sound of the engine starts? heads "dong-dong"? (= i hear nothing. nothing strange.

Right. I am not sure what your interpretation of strange is. So, I prefer that I hear a recording.
But if it is too much trouble, then no problem.
Not sure what to suggest as I do not understand the behavior clearly. The sounds pattern may clarify some things.
So, it is up to you.
