i Have WD400
wd cavier
(wd400bb-60dga0)

make Clik sound and not detect in bios any way to make it working or to get data.

No i cant access it is there any tool (no pc3k or hrt). I know only PC3K can access it but cant afford now

Hi,

IMHO, if it doesn't get ready at all (even after several minutes), highly probable it has head0 defect.

after 2-3 min it gets detected in bios while it makes sound and get detected as 8.3 gb disk.(makes sound contineusly).

possible HDD may defect a defect-list or SMART module of firmware
If you can, rewrite this moduls.
PC3K you may find a China site

as far as i know the chinese pc3k suc***ks...

the problem is that this clones are only partially crack**ed

what i say is if you steal something do it good or dont steal at all

the only pc3k original is the russian and better with russian

soft.... well it might be worth learning russian for DR :twisted:

I got one drive like this.. even it dont make any knocking sound...
