You can't purchase with Visa.

You need to do a bank transfer to ACE Lab. They don't do credit/debit cards.

Please post their website. I googled, but got plenty websites who do sell PC 3000. it is difficult to identify the real Ace Labs from the others.

Unfortunately as far as I know Acelab want bank transfer. If you cannot do that due to the regulations of your country or it is difficult, contact them. I'm sure you can find an arrangement .

Another idea can be asking a import / export shipping agency to do it for you , they will chage a commission but you don't have to worry about papers etc - you pay them and they get the tool for you - but again I don't know if it is a solution that work in your country, if it is safe or not....

Nevertheless it is strange that in a "connected world" sometimes it is so difficult to get goods

Getting tools from HDDSurgery was also a pain back in the day. Now you can do Western Union, not ideal but a bit better.

Either way it's a small hassle to have to go through for great tools.
