I don't think this can be treated like a shopping trip with a list of the items required. At a cost I think you are going to require the experience and knowledge of a consultant, an experienced recovery technician who would be able to set this up and manage the costing for you within an agreed budget. He would need to know the type of recoveries this lab would have to deal with etc etc.

There is no one single supplier that can supply ALL these products.

Although someone may be able to advise and assist the purchase of them, along with some training.

But it won't be cheap!!! :-)

I think there always be one company to sell all these, but never heard in my country

i was trained by someone who has 8 yrs experience - only to understand firmware operation, he is a junior engineer - not senior.
the fee my company paid to him is about 100,000 US$ more or less
You are asking for training, on site, for all items you listed. get ready to pay 10x-20x or more

i think it's not work like this . it's not only the matter of tools . some may spend months to realize how to get the real benefit of every tool or let me say to understand how 1 kind of HDD structure work . put that also in your consideration

The most important "thing" in data recovery lab is experienced engineer :)

This is bad on so many levels...

Unlimited funds it seems to by tools... ( I wish i had that)
The fact you had to put a screwdriver on the list, is hilarious
Buying an ass load of redundant tools that is not necessary
zero experience to actually work on hard drives.

This is going to end badly for you UNLESS.... see below

1. ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL DATA RECOVERY ENGINEER

That needs to be number one on your list and then ask them what they need.

Money does not buy experience, unless that money is used to buy a Engineer

I second cleanroom's comment and recommend that you seek out an actual experienced data recovery engineer and then let them give you their shopping list of needs/wants.
