Hi all,

I have a drive ST32000542AS which bangs. i opened it and the top surface is marked on the outside and inner edges. I don't know whether a heads swap is worth or not? Any help please?

The questions must be asked BEFORE opening the drive. After opening , the answer is only one:

Trash it!
