I would love to hear the customer come in to the shop, sounding like Donald duck and say, "I promise I never opened the hard drive" !

Why would you need to open it? It isn't like this model of drive will ever have head issues, right? Sounds like the perfect candidate for team dremel. Not only will many data recovery shops look like Mickey Mouse operations...they'll start to sound like it too.
