i have 500 GB external hdd which serial no is WXK1A71V0195 .it takes for detecting around 30- 40 minute, and when ever i used to acees data it says cannot acces , and Drive get lost i tried Easus utility software, stealer software but i could get my data becz if this problem can any body help me out.


2. i have one more 500 GB External Wd Hdd drive serial No is WXT1EC0JUFF , it does not detect ? when i put into the system some tik tik tik sound comes from HDD drive, Any body have some idea to get back the data atleast?

First of all, you should write with some clear details what is your problem and what is happening with your drive to get chances that anyone can help you.

So, regarding the first case, I cannot understand if you have already recovered your data or not.
Regarding the second case, the drive most probably has some mechanical damage, and that needs to be solved by a professional.
