I have a laptop which i was formatted and installed the Windows7. I know that if the memory is not overrided then last data will be recoverable. I want to know is there any way by which last deleted records cant be recovered by any methods.

installing windows IS overwriting DATA. the install does not just install to exactly where it was previously. If you did a full(long time, not a few seconds) format, then maybe have a lot of trouble.

The mentioned tools will probably have quite a good file list, though some will probably be corrupt, so check carefully the file integrity.

I believe OP is looking for a way to wipe the old data.

The data, which has been overwritten by newly installed Windows and software is beyond recovery already. For everything else get an utility like Eraser from heidi and use option named "Erase free space" (or similar) in it.

depends what "beyond recovery by any means" actually means. Sometimes the absence of data is incriminating in itself. Destroying evidence is a crime and he has now a public record on intentions to do that.

or even 2 small files recovered with timestamps could be enough.

have to think "will someone really want to do an expensive and resource heavy, in terms of law enforcement, corporate espionage, personal vendetta or thievery?" If not then already good enough

If still paranoid, I would use dban on it then re-install again. depends on your paranoia I guess. Otherwise smash the disk and buy a new one for less than $100
