Guys recommend someone from chine who is expert in data recovery (specifically for internally damages drives/heads) ?

We obviously aren't in China and not very close, but technically across the border. If it's OK for you to ship the drive(-s), we'll be happy to help.
I haven't had a chance to confirm that myself, but according to what I see on the local forums, logistics was considerably improved recently, so delivery time is good even for the middle-class couriers.
