Is there any way to get a heads map in Deepspar for Samsung drives with Seagate model numbers (ST1000LM024/HN-M101MBB/AV2)? I have tried the Seagate Terminal connection and it cannot connect, and Samsung is not listed in the Drive manufacturer list.

Though I have not used DDI in a while, I believe in DDI3, Samsung heads map was not supported. Not sure about DDI4 ver.
Did you contact DeepSpar?

You have to do it in DE and export map to DDI via DRE
