Hello
HDD Samsung HD103SJ, Product of Korea, produced in 2010.01
the hard disk does not start. motor is not rotating.
Image
On examination was found burned -TVS diode. (marked in yellow on the photo)
so the same burned resistor 0 ohm. (Marked in red on the photo.)
replaced the resistor. 0 ohm resistor instead put 6 ohm resistor (it was necessary to limit the current through the power supply 5 volts at 700 mA) (on the hard disk is written that it is 5 volts consumes about 700 mA)
applied supply voltage
hard disk does not start. motor is not rotating again.
on the PCB, nothing heated.
voltage waveform in green point. (on the previous photo the green mark)

transistor /p-channel mosfet STJ009 / is not broken, but if it's necessary I can double-check
I need help. If need somewhere to measure voltage - I can do it, just tell me where.

problem solved
I limit the current nutrition 6 ohms resistor
After the set resistor is 2 ohms. hdd began to show signs of life.
Resistor removed and hdd started. He lacked the power to start. (I have limited current resistor)
