Hi Folks,
Yesterday external drive with 2 Samsung HD103SI got stuck and I cannot get any data from it now. Both of the drives spin up, no clicking, no noise.
If it is connected then a magical, initialize, ignore, eject dialog box comes up.

It cannot be mounted, I used it on my mac and it has Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume, it has 1 partition.
In disk utility only the hardware shows up, no sign of partition. DiskWarrior cannot fix it saying it is unrecognised format and it cannot be rebuilt, the partition my be corrupt.
I tried to put them in another external case with USB, same result. I attached some screenshots too.

Any suggestion would be great.
Thanks.

Have to first understand the issue with the drive and then, second, apply solutions (e.g. diskwarrior). So far, we don't know the issue.
A good starting point is checking SMART values. Search the forum with "search function" for how to.
Also, why do you think it may have failed? Have you noticed anything prior to failing?
