There's really nothing on the PCB you need to be concerned with other than the U12. That's the only drive specific code on that ROM chip. But, to satisfy your curiosity, that other Winbond chip is the RAM. It's possible that the sudden power off when the header broke also caused the head crash. In any event, it was definitely rough handled and has more serious issues than just the PCB now.
