Hello there,

I have ST1000DM003 Sata hard disk. it hasn't any clicking sound. it has SNOOOZZZZZZEEE Retry error. Ididn't do anything. I backed up important sysfile. when backed up copy 0 files give diag error. copy 1 smoothly copied. i attach as attachment. i also use congen command only. below is V40 and ctrl+x command data which i recieve in terminal.

can you please edit 93 file which i attach with this post. serch other forum and all indicate this method will work. i have no expensive tools like mrt and pc 3000. please...

Please read my prev posts. It is a hw problem, likely no issue with sysfiles (yet). No magic fw fix, it has to be mitigated properly. You need to find somebody with proper tools and knowledge to solve this. Sorry. There are members here from India, only Amarbir comes to my mind ATM, but i recall there were quite a few others as well.
