salam alekm i have maxtor calypso diomandmax 9 with no serial and z letter i started in safe mode and loaded ldr file then i try to start utility i got this message

and i cant start utility whats the problem

try changing the loader . This error also occurs when the drive is loaded with incompatible loader .
