Some times it gives head Mask 0000

What could be done to recover data other then head change.

Thanks

Hi,

I am afraid I cannot suggest anything other than head swap. Maybe cleaning it could help too.
I experienced once that the limiter did not let the head to position properly on the outer cylinder, I had to bend it a bit to avoid this. But I don't remember what the terminal response was in this case.
